well wall im waiting for the wheels to get this back on the rocks and the new revised sides from DNA Ive desided im going to build a campbell buggy to waste some time and then maybe a 2.2 jeep tuber

5 mins into testing this happened. . .. be careful . . maybe a 7t puller is to much:-(

i have hand forced mine to 75* or 80* degrees with no breakage yours looks to be a carbon based material mine is delrin and I have a second set of side plates coming in early this week and im going to abuse it and see what happens once I get wheels which I have 2 sets coming

i would rather have delrin . . . . and mine only came with 2 plates . . not 3?

mine only came with 2 plates to but I ordered some of the new revised plates the raise the ride height 1/2 inch

Looks like the screws might need a little more material around them for those uncontrolled moments.

How did that happen in a fall?

to me it looks to be a harder carbon based material that doesnt have the flex strenght of delrin

We are beefing up the side plates already guys. No worries, we only sent out a few for testing and will upgrade you guys with the beefier ones as soon as we have them. This is why we test before production

Hard to tell in the pic, did you use flat head screws to attach the skid to the rails?
Wonder if the chamfer loading was too much for the amount of Delrin in that location.

mine was shipped with the flat head like his but used cap heads I have forced it to flex 75 to 80 degrees without problem
