I talked to a guy yesterday who drove Austin's truck and he said that the steering servo was mounted verticle, next to the driveshaft.

I guess you extend the stock servo plate backwards and mount the servo "long ways"

Hopefully I can make it work on my truck!

He used a aluminium ruler to do his. Numbers still on it. The front drive shaft was at a crazy angle thu.

What did you come up with Turbo?

So dose the GC? in your sig stand for GC-3B as in "B" for BERG as in a Berg chassis?

Couple questions for GATEKEEPER just for set-up reference;

- On your rig, what is the weight of a single front & a single rear tire/wheel/foam/weight combo?

- What dig system would you recommend based on reliable function and a good fit for the GC-3A chassis?
(I just got a DX3E, 3-pos 3rd channel. Total newb to dig...)

Thanks!

Well now that picture from Turbo is close to what Austin does with his!! But not the same, I have mine set up the same way as Austin does but out of respect for my friend Austin I will wait for him to make it public.

And of course you can see this truck as well as Austins at the upcoming vanquish Products Nov 20th Turkey Crawl!!

Where can I get vertical body post mounts like the ones below that attach to the upper chassis crossbar?
I just got a new Axial hardline body and I'm not liking the side mount route for this body...

So what seems to be the best shock set up. As in which shocks, springs and oil? I'm a newb but I did just order the gc3a. This is my first build and cant wait to get it done I've just had my stock ax10 for a while and hate the torque twist and want to get into comps.
