That wheel tire combo is looking like an excellent match, what flavor Voodoos are they?
What compound would you put on a 3lb 15oz car? i have not tried them yet.

just liked this pic..



second set of narrowed silver voodoos in the works!

i got a few packs on them on the pro rig yesterday, after a pin removal, and they are insane. i think some has to do with the compound( the golds seem a little temp sensitive at about the 90* mark they start to fall off) but these were performing great!

the crawl ability was significantly better, and the narrow tire really felt controlled and tight.

Is there some trickery hidden in your Wild Boar shafts? Just curious why you're still running them over the Maxx shafts...is it just for clearance reasons?

i do...

i am not going to say they are the strongest option, but they are compact and i haven't had an issue with them yet..

if they do fail i will move to something else, but they are holding fine for now.

My rig comes in at the same weight and I'm running silvers with my pin pattern plus some split pins (6"DD soft). I ran golds all the time originally but have converted to silvers, it's better for most rock types although golds 100% rule on the smooth, slick, and or wet stuff.
