The lathe work has been done by Metal Militia a member of my local club, at the shop we work at. Luckily it's all easily done on the manual because our cnc is so backed up we have another on order.

Stock steel idler shaft weighs 3 grams, aluminum drilled idler shaft fluctuates between 0 and 1 gram on the scale.

Thank you. Im glad someone else lives on the same side of town as I do. We dont have weed, or head shops in this part of town.
