Default Team Carnage Crew ax-10 Moon Buggy spy pics!

It is still in the testing stages. But here are the specs

All the running gear is ax-10 It even uses the stock skid plate.
Chassis is all .125 solid mild steel bar
front suspension is standard ax-10
rear suspension is a three link with a panard bar
Set up for full droop with the ax-10 shocks (but with shorter shock can be run with some up travel)
Custom vac formed hood

And now to the pics

Very nice use of the stock parts. The buggy makes 2.2 tires look huge!

That rear linkage looks intersting. Do you have any other pics of the gusseted panhard mount? I can't quite tell what is going on back there.

I will try to get more pics up later tonight of the rear gusset.

I will try to explane what is going on. The panard bar attaches to the pivit srew on the knuckle then the brace bolts to the reciver holes on the diff and to both pivit screws on the knucles. Witch in ture make the panard mount double shear on the bolt And also gives me a mounting point for the upper link.

Havn't done much testing as of right now. I am trying to get the stock shocks to work with the rear set up.

Looks great! The only thing I would change is the location of the rear upper link, moving it closer to under the top panhard mount would make the rear a bit more stable and keep it centered a lot easier. Also with it being mounted the way it is, it looks like it will bind a lot. Using a more verticle mount will ease articulation more. But other than that I'd say it looks sick!

You'll see what I mean here
