|  First Upgrade.?
Alright guys, so I'm new to the rc crawling world and just ordered an axial deadbolt and was wondering what the first mod should be that I do.? Steering links and clamping servo horn. Axial makes a good horn and STRC or vanquish makes good links. You are on the right path. You will need more upgrades but can wait til you break parts.

Yes its plastic and it strips out the splines very quickly. The axial brand horn is up to serious abuse.

That is correct, same as wraith AR60 axle. Not telling you to not post up with questions, but try the "search" function on this site up in the right corner. Or the moderators will get after you!  Just some advise. Or post up in the newbie section. Again, not busting your balls! And add pics of your Deadbolt as you go.

I think you may have an SCX10 version of the deadbolt. This is the AX10/deadbolt/ridgecrest section so I think my advice on steering links is wrong man sorry. I would ask the moderators to move this to the SCX10 section.
