New to crawlers and this forum. Always wanted a crawler and seen this at my local hobby shop and just had to have it. Looks like I will learn a lot from you guys and you can help me spend my money. First thing my son said when I got home was "I want one!" So looks like I will have to pick up another one for christmas.

It shows. You don't get the face full of nasty factory air when you open the box.

The small things on this keep showing up. The wraith body would always get wrecked along the bottom edge, the rr10 has a slider built in to protect it. There's a nice little gap over the top of the battery box to tuck the wires.

Nailed it on this one. I haven't even managed to break it yet

Advantages/disadvantages of using the front or rear sway bar mount at the rear axle?

I would like to remove the lugs all the way at the back, but it looks like most people have the sway mounted there.

RPP shows ProLine's 5 inch shock is finally coming out. That'll give us another option for rear shocks as well with the rear upper shock mounts.

If anybody noticed in my picture above, I have the vanquish trailing arms. I put the lower shock mount in the middle hole and the top shock mount in the rear hole which really seemed to stiffen up the rearend and reduce the torque twist.
There is still some torque twist but not near as bad.

Upper and lower arms in the back are Yeti. I have the VP yeti trailing arms on mine, also using the rear front upper mount and center lower mount.

Added extra shocks to all 4 corners. It can hit a shallow curb go air born flat and land perfectly on all four and keep hauling at 20+ mph. I have a hobbywing 3656sd 4000kv with 15t pinion with a mmp. Ordering my sway bar next week to reduce twist.

Ordered mine Wednesday and tower said it should ship Monday. Interesting to hear a lot of people wanting to get the sway bar to tame the torque twist. I wanted the same with my yeti XL but after a year with it turns out I love that toque twist and ended up detaching the sway bar.

I was all worried using SSD's centered rear diamond axle for nothing....I have absolutely zero clearance issues with the MIP Yeti driveshaft. Whew!
