You will need a sensored brushless system to enjoy the bomber with yeti power. It's not designed to be a speed truck with it's solid axles. Definatly get the kit, it's worth every $. Then decide if you want to invest in high end electronics (Mamba X / Holmes puller pro / castle / tekin) or go with a nice brushed combo like the hobbywing 1080 / Holmes Hobbies trailmaster sport 550 21T. From what I've seen, get a rear sway bar and throw the Yeti electronics in and go. Sent from my SM-J727R4 using Tapatalk |

I have a 1248tg. Used it for 4 years in my Yeti. Have had zero problems with it. Mud water whatever. Like all savox servos it's noisy Sent from my SM-J727R4 using Tapatalk |

I'd still go stronger than that thing... Its specs are low-end: Speed(@4.8V sec/60): .20 Torque(@4.8V oz-in): 180.5 Speed(@6.0V sec/60): .18 Torque(@6.0V oz-in): 222.2 There's a huge thread giving cheap-ish options here: What the newest cheap servo hotness? |
