But both the front and reanr drive shafts came undone from the axle, is this a commmon occurance?
Not really, but it does happen. There needs to be a weak link somewhere ;) Try these, thats what I run on my comp 2.2 and haven't had that issue since.

Look just to the left and right of the servo. They are mounted to the frame.

Just ordered one from Tower with a $60 off coupon code. This thing rocks and I can't wait to get it. For $240 (+Tax and S&H) it was too hard to pass up. Brandon, where can I get the material to do the headlight frames? Looks fantastic!!

Looks awesome brandon....

Question though with the different steering links and the bumpers on the TR do you think the hand bros kit will work?

Steering links won't matter, but yeah, I was thinking that the front bumper mount is in the way.

Exactly. Total damage between two TR's getting soaked. Nothing However my servo was acting up and the other ESC didn't work until it was dry so its not recommended.

Its styrene that I ordered from Tower. You should be able to find it if you search for diamond plate styrene on there

Never owned the Hand bro's kit. Looks great though. I highly doubt its a direct bolt on part for the TR, but finding out how to make things work is half the fun. Order it, and see for yourself

Agreed.....I have never looked at one in person. The servo might sit high enough to clear the bumper posts. I will definitely be getting one to try out.

You might just have to make a new bracket. Thats the way aftermarket stuff works.

The Hand Kit fits perfect on the TR and clears the bumper fine. I replaced all my plastic links with SCX10 parts though.
