Action shots These action shots are being brought to you from Brandon Maughan Photography http://i732.photobucket.com/albums/w...I/12746829.jpg http://i732.photobucket.com/albums/w...I/DSC_0094.jpg http://i732.photobucket.com/albums/w...I/DSC_0093.jpg http://i732.photobucket.com/albums/w...I/DSC_0085.jpg http://i732.photobucket.com/albums/w...I/20851258.jpg |
built like a tank , I like it.. nice custom rig you have |
summit trans This trans is a beast, ill have to redo the interior, oh well, this thing is so cool. the low gear is noticeably lower and second opens up a entire new realm of kicken it fun... http://i732.photobucket.com/albums/w...I/GEDC3881.jpg The right side mount. the trans is raised on the right side to let the motor sit lower in the chassis http://i732.photobucket.com/albums/w...I/GEDC3889.jpg The shift servo, a spektrum 8020, had to go full size just for the reliability, doesnt really seem to need a servo saver as long as your paying attention and not shifting while its sitting http://i732.photobucket.com/albums/w...I/GEDC3885.jpg http://i732.photobucket.com/albums/w...I/GEDC3895.jpg The new skid, i was planning on mounting the trans to it but once i tilted the trans it just made more sense to mount the trans to the cage. http://i732.photobucket.com/albums/w...I/GEDC3890.jpg Nice and smooth with a bit more clearance http://i732.photobucket.com/albums/w...I/GEDC3891.jpg I changed the winch servo to a modded hitec 5995tg so i could increase the drum size, hoping to increase the line speed without pulling loosing power. seemed to work but i need to wire it to the bec to get the most out of it. http://i732.photobucket.com/albums/w...I/GEDC3896.jpg I change radios to my 4pk so i could run everything now im looking for a good waterproof box if anyone has any suggestions. awesome... lates |
i have to be honest. I didn't like this at first, until I saw the action shots and where this rig is at now. Loving it, looking forward to seeing what else you come up with. |
