Mine is basically stock with a 2S 4000mah lipo (Deadbolt). The 27 turn stock motor is too "jumpy" for my style of crawling,so I'm installing a 35 turn motor,for a little more low end torque.

Nothing fancy, getting back into the hobbie so tried to go relatively inexpensive. Axial 27t Venom 2s 20c Hobbiewing 1060 esc Flysky gt3b radio Old futuba servos for steering and a servo winch I set up...both suck and will be the first upgrade I do Cheers |

First Rig (Mine): 30T Holmes Hobbies Torquemaster Sidewinder 3 87/21 3S SMC or NanoTech Spektrum DX3S Hitec 5646wp Second Rig (Son's): 30T Holmes Hobbies Torquemaster MMP w/ silicone conformal "waterproofing" 80/20 3S SMC or NanoTech Spektrum DX3S Hitec 5646wp This is a near perfect setup for trailing with the occasional crawl...plenty of wheelspeed and no need to watch temps as long you're not jamming the trigger constantly!!
