| New Honcho / Hilux with extra added shizzle n' pop
Still waiting for a esc to arrive in the post so it's not running yet. Done a ton of mods while I'm waiting like relocate the servo and lower the battery plate. The rear is 4 linked, weights in the wheels and made a bracket for the electronics which will be housed in a watertight box. Next will be to 4 link the front and some other tweaks. Hope you like it. |

Very nice rig, now I think it's time to get the tires dirty. Hey, if you can post some pictures of your course.

AWESOME! What material did you use for the 4-link truss and rear view mirror?

| http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r9rf9DGUIdg It's only a small course atm, the rocks have never been arranged, just dumped in a pile. The mirrors and truss is made from delrin engineering plastic. Search delrin on here. For The mirrors I shaped the plastic, drilled a hole in the end and poked a small spring in them. Then drilled a tiny hole in the corner of the window and threaded the spring through a few turns. Added a quick slap of paint and they were done. Took about an hour from start to finish. The best bit about them is they won't get hung up on anything, they just bend and spring back. |

Thanks guys. crazee horse, there's one or two places for scale parts that I know of, if you know of any can you let me know too? Ebay's probably the best overall, if you scour the action figure accessories section quite a lot is tucked away. The chainsaw is a usb flash drive. Living in London it's a bit of a challenge to find anywhere great to crawl, I'm mostly limited to places like Epping Forrest. I'd love to find some rocky sites. I've travelled around looking without success. Here's one to look at. http://www.donjarrs-place.com/

I really like the paint job on the chain saw looks like it has really been used! Now you just need to get that ESC in there and make the rest of the truck look that way too! |

Just a few update pics. The exhaust is almost done, I think it needs half an inch off the end as it sticks out a bit too far. I'm having working brake lights so I've molded 2 sets of rear lights together into 1 cluster for some stop and tail action. Also added a tow-bar and I'm totally rewiring all the lights properly
