| Carbon look
The carbon fiber look was done with this black mat i found in Lowes. Step one Cut mat to general shape that you are spraying. Place mat down spray silver let dry remove mat spray black. It can be done with any color combo. I can post pics of the mat. I don't have my camera now its it the wife's car.

Build is almpst done. Waiting on some missing parts.Axial says they are sending them. Any way a few photos with the body mounted. Next finish electronics.

Very nice build man, but what is the name of the mat? Like which type of mat is it, so i can ask tomorrow at my local hardware store because i want to do the exact same effect.

The exact name i don't know. I see it in sears and lowes always by the toolboxes. i think its used to pad the draws.

the silver went first bc he painted the inside of the body, if ur painting the outside u would paint the black and then mat and silver. the mat is a drawer liner by the way. like he said, they use it in tool boxes but you can find it almost anywhere they sell kitchen stuff too.
