Disapointed personally.

Plastic links, non beadlock wheels, not a fan of the tires at all.

My boy wants to build his first kit. It looks like I'm going to have to get a Dingo and then spend extra cash for the stuff that used to be standard.

I had them on the day me, you, Fordwheeler and BC Racing went to the falls Dez...lol These weren't even the R35s and they gripped really well. I was personally amazed at how they worked when they were wet! the R35s should be even better.

This might be just right for my daughter after she runs her first recon g6 with one of my extras in a couple of weeks. I'll let her choose if she wants to continue. Axial needs to make some extra cash on upgrades

I'm sure they work great, It's more about the look. I just don't care for them.

I actually like the green better too. The silver is a nice change, but once everyone has it nobody will like it either.

I don't know why everyone is down on the plastic links and tires. I think with the upgrades the put in its a great truck still. They have always had plastic links on their TR and RTR kits. I do however agree that it would be nice if they didn't pre-glue the wheels and tires, but then it wouldn't be RTR.

kinda hard to weight tune the wheels with tires glued on. with that said this new honcho is fresh, the 1.9 ripsaws are sick, very cool I think axial did good with this rig.

Kind of surprised at the level of complaining. What do you expect to get for the price? I purchased my last RTR Honcho for $250 shipped a month ago, the price is supposed to be basically the same from what I understand. So if you shop smart online, you should be able to get all this for $250 shipped:

-2.4GHZ radio
-AE-2 ESC - USB programmable
-LED Lighting
-Updated driveshafts
-Good ol' Honcho truck!

Stop yer bitchin'!
