scx 10 budget build!!

Just starting out in the RC crawler hobby. Figure i would start a build thread so i could get help and better ideas. Basically my plan is to do upgrades links and all the stuff. I want to go with the scale look with things.

I having trouble on deciding if i want to go with the hand brothers 3 link kit in the front or do the rc bros leaf springs up front. any opinions will be appreciated.

i will post up more pictures upon parts arriving.

Depending on the links you have Kb mind the hand bros won't work if they're not stock length. I'm building mine like the the one that creme rc cars did for "the hooked up scx10". The servo mount is really easy to do. I'll take some pics tomorrow and try to post them. The links I used we're the venom ones and nothing lined up when I went to put it all together. So I put it on my fiances stock scx10.

Looks great man ! l personally like the hands bros servo plate with the axial 4 link truss it works great for me...

Are you not tempted to lose the rear bed and do truggy?

I have been debating on that. But I am not to familiar with how to do tube work. I used to have a 82 Toyota on 39.5 pit bulls so I might remake that in a scale version

got some work done on the crawler today

got the hand brothers kit installed for the most part





got the links for the rear made and installed

pick up some 1.9 rok loxs and some rc4wd steel wheels

are those the actual rox loks or the IROKs i cant tell the difference? thos are iroks i think tho they look better than the rox loks from the pictures of them ive seen
