| Let's see those 2.2 Scx10's
So i really want to pick up an scx10 as they are a nice looking truck, But i am on the fence as i prefer the look/ground clearance of 2.2's So Show them off! If you can / feel like it please list mod's to get to 2.2 height. I would really like to do a 2.2 scx10 with a panel truck body. So 2.2's unless your running some BIG 1.9's Thanks guys!

Here is where someone would post the "why don't you try searching" response, but I have to say that I searched earlier for "2.2" in the SCX-10 section and it can up with no matches. Hard to believe, but I tried several times. So, "try searching" would do you no good. However, this has been debated and documented with pictures several times. I'd advise starting in the SCX-10 picture thread. Start at the end and work your way backwards. There are a few SCX-10 rigs with 2.2 wheels/tires. Also, look in the 2.2 picture thread. Try Google; I found some images by searching "2.2 SCX-10" there. I know this has been covered, but I can't direct you because I can't find the threads. *Not sure if this response is 'bill' approved |

Dingo 2.2. The Dingo body is closer to 1/8 scale, IMO, so 2.2's look really nice sans the flairs. |

my scx10 honcho. body is trimmed a lot. front shot flex shot its pretty easy to to run 2.2's just need to be prepared to trim the body or make a small lift to fit them. if you search enough you will find scx10 builds. if its stock honcho's and dingo's with 2.2 then there's a few around, if your talking scx10 chassis based with 2.2's then there's..check out the 2.2 scale rig section. 2.2 flat-irons. Easier fit than most 2.2 since they are on the small side, but you get the extra width. |
