lift is over-rated, especially in scale rc. keep it's center of gravity low and you'll be more happy with how it drives. if you wanted a monster truck you shoulda got a txt-1 or somethin. hehe. but if all you care about is that "lifted" look, then turn down the pre-load ring all the way on your shocks, and get some 2.2 proline swampers.. but be ready for it to tip over a lot and probably break 3x as many driveshafts/axleshafts than you would if you keep it low n slow. good luck |

the most effective lift is larger tires, since they raise the axle housing. Then rather that lift the suspension more raise the body instead. I have the bumpers screwed on top of the mounts rather than through them to match the body. |

| Re: more lift x2 he said it man, first thing i did when i got mine was lift it, because i had some 2.2 tires from a previous build and wanted to run them, i ran into so many issues, with driveshafts breaking and my drivetrain binding, i put it back stock and am in the process of just upgrading parts but keeping it 1.9 and am much much happier with how my build is going, get you some baja claws there big 1.9's and a happy medium for the jacked up look with out breaking stuff! Hope this helps! Quote:
