Default 3 Racing Winch

3 racing winch installed on the stock Honcho bumper 1st you will need 4 2mm x 10 Socket Head Cap screws ( Dubro ) part# 2113 2nd remove the aluminum center plate tape the face of the plate this will protect the plate when trimming out the opening for the roller on the face of the winch. The front bumper has 4 marks drill with small drill bit. 3 remove the 4 screws on the bottom winch mounting plate this is the same location the the Dubro 2113 will be installed. trim plate and reinstall all corresponding components. At this time of the install you will have to find a location for the control module and power supply.

the stock winch controller is no good...it will eventually fail..mine did after 2 times using it...i would suggest using something like this...

No Drift Winch Controller! (using 3 position transmitter channel)

im using one of these and it works perfect...no need to run en extra battery either

Thanks for the great info. So why not run its own battery ???? . Remember I am still using the stock radio and receiver. The truck is 2 days old.
