But I do know that Dean's plugs are the most used plugs and you can easily swap to them if you have a soldering iron.

I'd recommend doing this as you can buy most lipo's with Deans already installed and it helps if you're out with friends and someones battery dies, they can borrow one.

Here's where I get my lipo's.
IMO, a great product and great price.
I've been running them for a couple of years now and have had great success... and they are cheap enough to replace without feeling like I wasted my money (which I've done when I first started in the hobby).

This is also where i get my racing batteries (4x4 sc and 2wd sc)
great batteries for the price, they also come with the deans pre-installed. as for the ac6 charger they also sell the x-charger c6 which is the same as your ac6. you can get it for $22 dc powered or $31 for the charger with an ac power supply. great company fast and courteous. also check out the rest of the site. not nessasarily the other r/cs but the tools and such. I picked up a servo tester for $9 and a lipo battery charge capacity meter for $10

Could someone link me up with the correct deans plug or give me the product number? Would be greatly appreciated

I noticed that it comes with 1 male and 1 female connector. Which one is used?

Also, once the deans connector is on the battery, will I be good to go? Or does another connector need to be soldered somewhere else? I guess what I'm really asking is, will the deans connector directly connect to the stock scx10?

both need be used...

the male dean's connector should be soldered to the ESC wire's
and the female side should be soldered to the battery.
A host of battery mfgr's commonly offer dean's plugs with their batteries.

My RTR scx came with Tamiya plugs attached to the ESC...
Removed the Tamiya plug... first thing.

Dean's plugs are not installed on SCX-10 RTR's from the mfg'r.
If you have them... someone already changed that.

Knowing how to solder... makes changing the connectors real easy.
