Different kind of Wroncho build

Hello everyone I am going to convert my SCX10 into a wraith style truck with wraith axles. I am wanting to use a Tamiya Tundra hard body but I do not want the 2.2 tires to look to big. I know the axles are going to be wide but i think it would be a cool looking truck.

Would any of you have pics of a truck under wraith axles with some 1.9 tires and wheels on it? I am thinking I might go this route but I dont want them to look to small either and I need to make my mind up so I can get the wheelbase set.

Here is my truggy with a 2.2 pitbull rockbeast II on the front and a 1.9 maxxis trepador on the back





The width is the bigger issue. Although the trepador is not the tallest 1.9 tire out there, I don't know of any that are taller and significantly wider. The best to size up would be the 1.9 Baja TTC from RC4WD if someone could throw one on their rig and snap a pic for you.

I was thinking about doing the same thing, because I like the ar60 axles more, but they are to wide for 1.9s, maybe there is a way to shorten the axle housing and use scx10 axle shafts?
