My youngest daughter considers The Red Cow G6 to be hers, so the lady will be the driver. She doesn't even want the boy to be in there, but I told her he has to stay. On a good note. The Red Cow took 3rd place out of 17 drivers at last Sunday's scale comp put on by The Crawl Space. So I feel like I have most og the bugs worked out and it seems to be crawling well. |

Well...Did some driving this past Sunday. The Crawl Space had their first Adventure Series G6 event at the Legendary Reds Rocks here in CO. I'm pleased to say that the RedCow took 1st place in the 1.9/Class 2 class. Also, we hade the pleasure of getting to do a little driving with Brian Paker (DRVNMF) and Anthony Rivas. |

Adding some well deserved upgrades to the RedCow this week. Vanquish Curries, MIP drive shafts, HD gears in the pumpkins and new lockers. I may do a motor upgrade too. I also have to water proof every thing before Axial Fest. I'm all registered and I have my campsite and time off of work.

How do you mount the steering wheel to the interior. I finished up my g6 kit not too long ago and want to add the chain steering wheel. Another thing great build the articulation is amazing and something I might look into later down the road. This is my first scx10 but I can see myself getting 1 more for the kids.

I just put a small hole in the bottom of the dash and put a screw and a washer on the underside for the steering wheel. My youngest daughter is getting a G6 very soon as well. She loves the baby Jeeps. ha | |

No, they are softer. It's 2 sets of red short soft springs. Had a blast at Axial Fest 2014. Josh (the green JK in some of my pics) took 1st and I took 3rd in 1.9 Ultra Class. It was nice to bring home some trophies. The Colorado represented well!!! Got the PitBull 1.9 Growlers mounted up. We had a couple of good trail runs. Here's the pics. Yes, that is a cliff...about 30 feet, but the line was very close to the edge. Here's some pics from Palmer Park in CO Springs. Last edited by THX_138; 08-12-2014 at 08:09 AM. |
