is it possible to install moter in scx10 without taking transmission out of frame of truck

yes

but you might want to flip the bolt holding
the link rod end in place... as that tends to interfere.

just put the nut on the outside of the frame (slider stand-offs)
Then there is less interference with mounting/adjusting the motor.

There's only 4 bolts that hold the tranny to the skid plate, just disconnect drive shafts and 4 bolts and you will have all the room u need
