Default What am I missing here ... front wheels kinda point out

Maybe its me but how do you guys get the front wheels to point straight ? I just built a SCX10 and the fron wheel kinda point lightly out ..seems like the rod needs to be a smidge shorter ...

any idea's?

I like toe out on my trail rig. Helps on the off camber up hill turns. You could always shave a little off

Ok I think i described it wrong .. when I look at the truck from the top, it looks like the left wheel is beginning to make a left hand turn and the right wheel is beginning to make a right turn ...

Yep. you explained it correctly. And reaxion is right. Its toed out. Which like he said has its advantages. But if you want it completely straight you could shave the rod or shave the bases of the rod ends and thread a little deeper to bring the wheels closer to straight. Me personally i would mess with it. Honestly i think all of my rigs are the same way. And its much better to have them toed out equally rather than trying to get the close to straight and having one off and then the rig always is tracking to one direction. Just my 2 bits.
