Which interior have you used for it?

Have you thought about using Dingo fender flares? They look similar in size?
Thanks.

I used the front half of a G6 Jeep interior I had laying around.

I hadn't thought about flares but I think would probably fit with minor modification.

Here is Duratrax metalic green. I let my Fiance pick it and I am not sure I dig it. But it is growing on me. I would have prefered a darker more olive drab type of green. I also like the blue and yellow they have in the promo pics.

The unfortunate and fortunate part is it does not fit my12.3" JK Unlimited chassis. Which means I can justify to my wife why I need to add another rig to my collection.

Looks good, new roller or cut the front wheelwells and run 12.3" WB.

I bought a new Deadbolt and shortened it up to fit the FC body. Forgotn how much more challenging a stock SCX10 is but I like it.

Got it out, definitely need to make a few changes but it looks good doing it. I did pull a shoogoo interior body mount off which pulled the paint. I'll have to see if I can fix that. Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1439945627.578857.jpg

Did you use a sharpie for the body lines

It really does the trick! Sorry to hear that the sho glue peeled the paint. On my blizzard I used tamiya paint for blue and spax white under coat. I've gently pealed small areas successfully but never removed the whole interior..

Now that we can see the roof line with that magic pen of yours,i can imagine removing the roof and put a small half cage. If you google Mighty FC in the "Images of the Might FC" there photo's with top,and doors off......
I'm sure guys no this by now...

If the shoe goo pulled paint off, it was probably not lexan paint. But how could a interior piece pull off paint, isn't this painted on the outside?

I do like it without the top. I'd be curious to see someone try it.

If you look back at post #47 I put an interior I had cut out of a G6 body in it. The tabs I shoogoo'd in pulled off. And no it's not Lexan paint that I used.

Well I'm one to admit my wrong doings and unfortunately my paint choice is one of them. The paint started peeling off today. I'm hoping I can just peel it all off and start over with a polycarbonate paint otherwise the bodies going in the trash. Pretty frustrating but it was worth the chance to get a color I wanted. Back to the drawing board.

Don't trash it. You can always spray the outside with PC paint and then do a standard paint or bed liner. Ugly but an unique look.

If you paint the outside when scratches happen it will give it a rust / realistic appearance

I learned from painting bodies with hardware store spray paints that they peel. Now, I use Tamiya PC paints. Worth every penny

I'll try something the outside is already painted in PS Matte finish, may just paint over that. I hate to have to take all the decals off though.

Probably what I'll wind up doing. Just frustrating.

I've always used PS paints until this. The only reason I tried the hardware store paint was because I couldn't find a color I liked in the Polycarbonates.

After getting over my frustration and peeling off all the paint I finally got around to laying out a new paint scheme.Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1444273614.911423.jpg

Very nice! Did you paint that on the inside or outside?

I painted the inside with Tamiya PS paints this time . I was able to get all the old paint off from the inside, it just peeled off in sheets.
