Default Panhard bar

Hi all,
I'm looking to make a smaller diameter panhard bar for my Deadbolt. Would
3/16 brake line tapped at 6/32 be strong enough? I'm trying to get as much stock articulation before the panhard bar contacts the frame. I'm planning on buying TSS frame kit.
Thanks,
Scott
