Default Extending Range (mi/Mah)

Hey all,

Looking for guidance. I have a pretty stock SCX10 Power Wagon. Only thing I have done was swap out Receivers about 3-4 years ago. Still have stock 27T motor.

I noticed my 9yo with his newer SCX10 ii is getting about 10-15 min now run time. I figure that this has to be due to the ~35T motor in his.

Can this really extend drive time that much?
