Default Shocks binding?

Im just going to space them, but, does anyone else find their shcoks binding at the top against the shock towers? I am gonna pop in a 3/16 spacer similar to the older SCX

The cap of the shock rubs harder than casually and the preload I could just adjust down down, but yes there too.. I will post pics tomorrow...
