| Alternatives to Ax31410
Axial output shaft Ax31410 is sold out everywhere in the world, may be because it is used for custom transfer case like in the ToyZuky chassis. I read it will be available from June, while I need it in a few weeks. Do I have to fabricate it or can buy something form other manufacturers ? I checked GPM and Hot Racing which sell lots of parts for SCX10 II, but found nothing useful. Thanks Filippo |

I suggested to a buddy who saw my Toyzuki kit to try the Yeti t-case output shaft. It's only 1.5mm shorter. I asked Ben as well but haven't gotten a response yet. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk |

| Re: Alternatives to Ax31410 As far as I know the major problem with the Yeti shaft is its bigger center hole, it should be 2mm instead of 1.5mm.

| Re: Alternatives to Ax31410 Just file flat spots in the ends of the 2mm pin to fit in the space of the 1.5mm pin. That is how I did the top gear on my Toyzuki t-case with the Yeti shaft and it has much less slop than using a shaft meant for the "correct" 1.5mm pin.

And there you have it as they say. Ben responded to me, said pretty much the same. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk |

Unfortunately Ax31134 is not an alternative any more because it is sold out too. Rumors says that the factory which produced Axial models in China is burnt out, so there are great delays in the supply chain. Bye Filippo |

Well the alternatives listed in here worked. I used the bomber shaft for the gear that powers the over driven front tires. Once I had it place, double checked, I chopped the long end off. I did have to file down the pin which ended up being extremely easy with my small vice. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk |

You guys should send the pieces you need to CreeperBob and I’m sure he can run off a batch in Ti if enough of you are interested. Or he can go full custom and correct any slop issues you guys are experiencing.
