Let's just say I had a lot of time to think about how to build it while I was waiting for it.

Chop it up, don't be scared. It's hard to mess up and if you do, the parts are super cheap to replace.

Of course I would, what else is there?!

Little stuff. Winch mounted, steering wheel set up and seats painted. I'm going to tackle the cargo area next.

Looking good! Be careful with the R1 wheels if you drive like I do. I have broken a few when I had my R1

Don't feel bad, most people don't have styrene fabbing skills like that.

Someone said it before and I will quote them but I can't remember who it was:

I knew you couldn't run a stock wraith! Out of all the guys to monkey with a rig... I'm subscribed! Love the washer idea for the wheels and the diamond screen for the door area is sharp. 2.2 bajas look straight up TTC. Can't wait for the updates!

Thanks. One of the reasons I went for washers for the rings. I broke one of the stock plastic ones.

You aren't going to gain any fab skills by not doing it. Practice makes perfect.

There's no fun in keeping a stock rig!

Started on a battery containment device. After looking at the picture I just got an idea for what to do next. It should tie it all together. Stay tuned

Yeah, cut it or just round it out. Maybe just a nice round cut but then roll it in a bit too... Like it was done on purpose to keep it safer for the driver

Thanks. I did the first stunt on accident then it took me awhile to get it to stunt again. It was pretty rough on the suspension links, but those are long gone anyway.

I don't know guys, it looks kind of shitty to me. I'd rather have my driver break his arm than kill my styling lines.

You're supposed to keep your arms in the rig anyway!

This thing is slick, I don't love the cut corner on the bed, but I hated it sticking past the cage... Tough call.

Also it seems like the whole cage/body could be shifted forward slightly on its wheelbase. I'm all for the front end hanging way out, but the gap from tire to the bottom of the wheel-well is too different front vs. rear.

But overall, I loveeee this thing! Great work as always.

Please keep your hands and feet inside the car until the ride has come to a complete stop.

I'm keeping the bed the way it is. The cut out looks worse in my opinion. After all, it's my truck in the end and I'm happy with it(which is rare).

Take a look at a stock Wraith. Mine isn't too much different when it comes to wheel openings and position of the wheels. Shoving the body forward in the front would open up can of worms since the hood wouldn't fit. I could've changed the cage, but I'm in a Wraith build off and I've already met my maximum of cage modifications.

Anyway, I appreciate the comments. Thanks.

and that's all that matters!

It could just be the picture angle anyway.
