Default Strange issue, please help.

So I had my wraithrunning great and decided to add on the vanquish CMS/panhard kit a couple days ago. Got it all in, turned it on, got it adjusted and took it out to run. For some reason now when I turn full to the left it won't go in forward or reverse. All the way to the right and it runs fine. Straight line it runs fine, even at 3/4 turn left it runs fine just all the way left it won't move. What gives? Where to I start to troubleshoot? Iam running a MMP/Tekin 10.5 combo with a Savox 1256TG servo. New 2s lipo.

Get a BEC and adjust your endpoints on your servo

I have a BEC I have yet to install. Why wouldn't this happen before I installed the cms/panhard kit? Is the travel on the servo longer with the kit on? I will try to adjust my endpoints on my radio first and then install the BEC if needed as I just buttoned up the whole truck with electronics all hidden away under the rear deck. Don't feel like tearing it all down again.

With the angle of the link it has more throw with the CMS kit therefor pulling more power to turn the wheels

Thanks for the help. Another thing I noticed with the kit on is when it does turn it really lifts the truck up in the front and almost tweaks it at an angle. Is this normal? Sorry for the noobness I am an old 1/8 scale guy just getting into the crawler scene.

Are you running dog bones or universals in your axles?
Either way, make sure they are not binding at full lock.

yup, sounds like binding.
If you reach the end of your steering throw (full lock to the left) and the servo pushes past that point, it'll look like the front end is lifting and pushing to the right.

turn down the EPA's on your radio.

It all has to deal with the angle of the steering link ....pretty much is forced bump steer

Running stock everything that came in the kit version. Only things chaged are wheels/tires, VP tie rod, steering link, CMS/Panhard kit. Nothing seems to be binding. The truck isn't trying to go forward at all at full left turn. It literally shuts off completely. I just thought it was odd that at full right turn it runs great.

Make sure you have everything in line ...panhard mount on the chassis in line with the axle mount ....same thing with the servo ...the rod end on the horn should be in line with the knuckle

I had a similar issue when I put my CMS on. EPA had to be adjusted. The stock servo draws alot when the steering maxed out at the stops before the servo stops moving. You can see it when you look at the links sitting still and they bend because of the servo passing their limits. This draw of power will shut down the speed control.

Install the BEC as well, you will need it. Upgrade the steering servo as well to a quality unit. These trucks steer better to the left than the right for some reason from stock, I blame the servo quality.

Hope you get it worked out.
