Honestly I haven't driven it enough with the polished panels to bother me. Usually I'm looking at the front diff most of the time and tire placement as well as worrying about scratching up the panels lol!

Thanks for the complements guys...next upgrades will be HD bevel gears in the diffs. Does anyone do OD front and rear...or is that not necessary since that would be the equivalent of upping your transmission gearing?

Might do OD front and just the HD regular ones rear...what do yall think?

Oh snap lol...I got my Wraith and my KOH buggy axles confused! Still those GH housings look ugly IMO especially since they don't have a different version for the rear to have lock outs....yuck.

You should also use Spazstix backer for it or even a basic white or light gray backer but I didn't have any....surprisingly still holding up with no flaking!

Wow forgot to update this page in a while...

New stuff...drilled some new holes to move the RX box further back towards the cab area under the hood since turns out the CKRC front battery mount first release was too long and my axle mounted servo couldn't vertically articulate freely. Ended up having to dremel a bit of that front battery plate off....no biggie works fine now.

Oh yeah and I swapped Losi whites front and back...works like a charm now! I think I'm going to do some rear cage mods pretty soon...that battery tray is getting on my nerves lol.

Last pic was a local GTG at the beach decided to throw on some mashers for some sand flinging lol...and behind it is my Slash 4x4 PE Subaru rally conversion!

Oh and the Rowdy Racing servo armor flew off somewhere lol. Must have been a big hit!! Good thing I had it on and saved my Hitec 7950 from being damaged!

Polished aluminum panels, roof, and rear battery tray section. The hood is the stock lexan painted with Spaztix true chrome aerosol. Contact DMG the vendor here for them. He polished mine up nice and shiny instead of the standard aluminum look!

Did a little crawling today with a fellow new guy I introduced into scaling n sporty rigs...he's a big 1/5 Baja gasser nut but I got him hooked on scale!! His Wraith is the one with the red flame skins...

Nothing like blasting 2 strokers around for hours then chilling out with some relaxing crawling all on the same property!! What a great day in Texas!

Let the good times roll!!

When I first saw it, I said, Holy Bling Batman....! My literary skills can not pronounce the correct shine that blinded me...Would it be "Zonk" or "Pow", "Whack" or "Ping". I do not know, I can not see the screen to type...
.......Looking good brotha, very original idea.... I do like it..........

What a sweet looking wraith!

Also, your backyard crawl spot from earlier posts . Just what the Doc ordered - now to make ours look passable as landscaping... (to appease my wife!)

Cheers,
T

For real!!! The HOA got on my ass and wrote a letter saying something along the lines of construction equipment cannot be visible from the street!! LOL. So I just hauled all the rocks and wooden pallets over to my patio area behind the house. Kinda sucks since our fence is see through! Took me a full week's worth of work 2 hours each night after I get home with a hand dolly and my damn dog getting running around.
