Put dielectric grease around the output shaft on the inside of the case. Don't put too much because it will gum up your gears. Go to Home Depot, get some Plasti Dip, it will be in the electrical or paint department. Dip the servos, before it gets full cured push the servo horn on.

liquid tape. All i've done is put it around every crack and seal or any area where water can get in minus the output shaft, and i've never had problems.

edit: and to prove this worked, i sunk my crawler king in a frozen lake, and everything still worked perfectly hours later and still does to this day. it was submerged on a weekly basis

You can use a balloon or rtv sealant. I prefer the rtv sealant becasue its black and maintains the OE look. I've done a few of them and it works like a charm. Plus it doesnt look like a big glob on your servo like the plasti-dip does.

I use black colored balloons. However, balloons deteriorate over time, so I just replace them when needed.

Ultimate RC has a video how to on you tube that will give you a good idea of how to do it. It's step by step so it makes it really simple. Check it out and I hope this helps.

Get some liquid electrical tape and seal up all of the cracks minus the servo horn. Then put some grease ( preferably marine grease) around the servo horn.
