Default robinson racing slipper 48p

I have one of these, havent installed yet but I was wondering if anyone has broke the top/spur shaft on there wraith. I ordered the rrp 2017 pinon (hardened and for 5mm motor shaft) becuase Im running the tekin pro4 3300. The super shafty set up looks great, but I have this in the works already and out of curiosity wondered if anyone broke a stock shaft, Im wondering if Im wasting my money and time, I love all the upgrades but havent seen much talk on the rrp slipper for the wraith. So before I get lectured about the bomb proof trans and its awesomeness, just know I get it, its the best.

I also run the Pro4 3300 in my wraith. Robinson gears in the trans and the stock spur shaft. Never broken one, or the pins...but I've broken wraith universals. Those are the weak point once everything else has been upgraded.

I also have the Pro 4 3300kv tekin and i never had a problem with the spur gear shaft with 3s lipo. I don't see how 2S would ever break that shaft. It is so out of control on 3s and so driveable on 2s. I have the 32p RR spur gear and the 14t 32p pinion. Seems to work great.

I also use the tekin pro 4 on 3s. I had a Traxxas slipper before switching to the RRP slipper/spur. I had also drilled the pin hole bigger to fit the Traxxas pin, which wouldn't fit the RRP slipper, so I had to open up the slot in the RRP unit to allow the bigger pin to fit in it. So far so good, I haven't broken a top shaft yet.
