Default question about repossitioning the esc/reciver box

hi guys i just got a wraith kit and i want to put my esc and reciverbox in the back and the battery in front ( thats alredy done ;) )

my question is does most of u place the esc close of the inside on truck ( close of the seat ) or close of the rear bumper ? thx

and if u got pic of ur set up i would apreciate to see them so i can do my set up

Check out my build! I put my ESC in the back with my Rx and BEC. I found a great sized project box and made it fit!! It was grey so I also painted it black with Krylon Fusion Satin.

It is made in Canada so I am not sure where in the USA. You can get smaller ones at radio shack but this one is huge and fills the entire back area up. My brother actually got me them from a small business here in town called RTS Electronics. Basically a mom and pop shop.

The size is 112mm x 62mm x 31mm. Called an ABS project box. Part number 53-535H-0. Made in Canada!!

My version of it:





Depends what electronics you are running, these box are small so you need smaller electronics.

I just swapped in a Tekin RS and all the added wires of the sensored brushless setup still fits but now it really is tight!!!!

thats a v clean job too oldskoolcj ;) what is the back plastic cover ? seem too fit well there

my set up ganna be mamba max pro whit bec / tekin redline s 13.5t

and il use a 4pl whit reciver r2104gf kinda big reciver

thx u both for info its my 1st wraith and i want to do a gd job ;)

i want to do more some rock race bashing whit a lil crawling and dirt/snow

so what u guys think of this combo ?
