|  What can slow a wraith down?
I havent had it long and its way too peppy to rock crawl with IMO. What could i change in order to make it more crawl friendly? ESC, Motor, Gearing?

Motor to a 35T and lower gears in the front and rear diffs helps. Then you can play with spur and pinion. Oh and search?? That works...lol..You are a newbie and I know the flames will be flying!!

stock motor is definitely a higher speed basher. i've got a 55t in my otherwise stock wraith. it's about as fast as i'd like.. but i think a 35t with a lower pinion/spur ratio would be ideal for taking the stress off that spur gear and keeping my torque where it's at. |

Change your motor to a 35 turn and your gearing to 15 pinion 87 spur or 16/87. J Holmes , on his web site recomends a final gear ratio in the 5.25 ratio. I like the 35t motor and a 16/87 on my wraith.

I have been searching to get most questions answered. I know it gets annoying not getting a direct answer though ha. But thanks guys, im going to pick the stuff up today!  |
