Might just be a bearing going out.

Already replaced all the bearings with a fast eddy bearing kit! I thought maybe after I put the pro 4 in I would just run it till lets go but hasn't happened yet.

I am running a pro4 3300 in my wraith with the 2speed rc4wd trans. I have not had any problems other than the spur screws falling out. I am geared 15/60 and probably have 20+ packs through it no problems yet. There is a thread in the general section that lists the bearings required for the rc4wd trans.

If it comes and goes its a bearing or a shaft output problem and ur best bet is take it apart clean it take fine grit sand paper to everything and pack grease every did it to my scx10 tranny and no more squeaks or squalls.
