driveline angle was to steep...
no oil or grease in cvd joint..

what i do..
flip my truck upside down in my lap, turn it on..
lightly oil/grease cvd joints and run them.. low throttle to high throttle
while cycling the suspension..fully extended to compressed for about 2-5min.
seems to help break-in the cvd's.
i have yet to break a joint on any of my scalers.

i destroyed a driveshaft before i figured out there was a screw in there. bought mine used, without instructions. try a graphite based spray lube. it dries so dirt and grit dont cling.
