Loose plug wire? When it quits, wiggle all the wires with your finger on the trigger.

I had an issue 2 days ago where throttle was glitch. wouldn't sit still and kept revving up. My esc connection into receiver was loose I guess. After squeezing with needle nose, it was fine.

i run into the same problem and it was battery voltage droping below the lipo shutoff in the esc. cure=new battery pack |

Depends. • Are you running NiMH batteries, or LiPos? It could be that you are hitting the LiPo cut off. • It could be any of the other things listed above. • Or I've also heard of radio issues, such as a bad solder connection inside of the TX. |

i am running NiMH so i dont thing the lipo cut off is it. i tried all 3 batteries (1 new and 2 0lder) and all the same issue. i have never had a problen with the older batteries before and seems odd that both would crap out at the same time let alone the new battery not working. i tried the batteries in my sons rc and they work fine. it started just all of a sudden. i replaced the stock motor and esc (new wireing) and the problem still persists. i dont think it could be the reciever cause the lights will blink when it cuts out unless i am wrong? there is a light on my esc (BRXL) and it is green but when it cuts out it goes red.

The wraith comes from the factory with the lipo cut off on. Try to turn the lipo cut off, off and see what happens.

I'd disconnect everything and reconnect it to be sure. I know it sounds counterproductive to just checking the connections, but I've found that you'll find broken wires better this way. Anyway, unplug everything, inspect, and plug it back in. Hopefully that clears things up.

so tore it all down and put back together but still same problem. i did notice that the red light light on the reciever shuts of when this happens and all the other lights (head and tail lights) blink. so i also put the batteries in another rc and ran it for almost an hour so the battery is fine.

Interesting, what voltage is your BEC set at? I've never tried the stock RX at anything over 6v.

I change mine to 9.6 volts as soon as I get them so I don't remember 100%, but I'm pretty sure the BRXL comes with the Auto Lipo cutoff set like most everything else these days. Disable the Lipo cutoff completely and try again. |

BEC is set at 7.0. it was set that way on the stock electronics with no issue. LiPo cutoff was dissabled.

May be time to have Mr. Holmes check in to see what's going on. Might be that the ESC has an issue.
