Default wraith rolling resistance

I have a wraith running an integy 45 turn motor, castle sv2,robinson racing gears in the tranny lubed with lucas red n tacky with stock gearing. When i first get my truck out for the day and set it on the floor it rolls smoothly but after running it when i go to put it away it doesnt roll as freely. ive adjusted the gear mesh because i thought the spur might be warming up and expanding but that didnt help.Does anyone think the red n tacky thickens up or my motor be going bad.Any help would be appreciated
