|  Ultimate suspension
Ok, I see everyone bashing the Sebs RC suspension. Something different, Axial Wraith, very unique ... look If someone wanted to build the ultimate Wraith, what suspension would you use. I am building one from scratch going by Harleys bullet proof Wraith. Harley's Guide to a Bulletproof Wraith So before I start hacking up my cage and buy the rest of the parts I would like some input. I bought the proline power stroke shocks # 6063-01. ( two sets - 4 shocks ) Last edited by L_Brown; 02-20-2013 at 07:50 AM. |

VP upper and lower links, aluminum lower link/shock mounts, trusses and a nice set of shocks would take care of the suspension.

There is truly no perfect setup. There is just the right setup for the situation. My Wraith was slow and with minimal articulation, but that made it more stable at speed with the Pro4. If I was spending more time in the rocks then I would have looked for more belly clearance and more articulation (but nothing ridiculous). In short: For go fast, Proline Powerstrokes for the front of a Slash. Flipped suspension mounts. For Crawling, decent 4" shock with decently light springs, 3.5" of belly clearance with 5.5" tires. Thats my opinion  |
