| Wraith Shock Mod
Hey Fellas, I found out this new mod since my wraith sat like a monster truck. What you are gonna wanna do remove your shock from the front mount on your axle housing. Then unscrew your ends that you put your flanged balls in. Then put your shock on your link and screw your end back in. Hope you like this mod! Have fun out there on the course. |

looks like it would put more stress on the link on full compression causing a rod end to rip out..

Thats super interesting.. I had the same Idea, I ran a shock in the regular spot with it on the farthest forwar mount then a thin damper on the back mount hooked to the rod like you have it. Didn't really do anything but look cool, I'll try to find some pics.

Or you can purchase the droop kit it won't look like a monster truck at all. I bought a CKRC brand and it works perfect just saying. That looks like it would mess up your shock and eyelet on a big bump or fall.

I havent really tested my articulation, but im only running the stock shocks. See this is free to do. If you buy the droop kit then you gotta spend money. Just trying to think smarter without using money!

| Re: Wraith Shock Mod For free you could take them fancy aluminum battery trays from axial and a dremel and make your own droop brackets. Way to try and come up with something though

Based on the length it looks like it doesn't lower the truck much. I'd like to see what the ride height compares to do it that way or flipping the lower shock mounts. I did that and ride height is good and I feel like the mount is pretty solid.
