Great looking rig no doubt but there just arent enough changes between the 2 models to slam the cash down for one IMHO.

But I do love the new wheel/tire combo on it and must ask how the new tires compare to the Ripsaw tires? If they are as good as broken in Ripsaws I would consider them.

But then again I wouldnt feel right taking the pitbull II tires off for a less preforming tire.

I like blue stuff and I'm on a Jeep kick right now and have wanted a wraith since I started so when I saw the new P.s wraith I bought one right away and have loved every minute of it. the bfg's are a great all around tire, bite good on any terrain and I've done the outter lug mod to them already, there a good tire but I'm gonna try some other wheel/tire combo's

the only thing I don't like is the wheels are pin mount so I'm going to get some vanquish hubs and some hexes at some point

I went with the 475 hubs and they are nice hubs. Do you have any upclose pictures of your mod to the tires.

yea I'm thinking the 475's or bigger, I'm running the long plastic hubs that came with it. and I think I have a pic on the first page, I just cut every other smaller lug on the outside rows

Yea I had to swap back down to the small hubs for now but I did get my rc4wd aluminum wraith knuckles and my axial lockouts today, still waiting on my dinky drop box and my mip drive shafts, the only issue so far is I need hexes because the rc4wd knuckles won't work with the pin mount wheel hubs so time for hexes and hubs or new wheels/tires

So today I went on a mini shopping spree
- Hitec Hs-645mg steering servo
- Strc Aluminum Wraith Steering Knuckles
- G.H Racing steering and drag link
- Hitec blue Aluminum servo horn
- Axial Aluminum Wraith differential covers
- Axial narrow 12mm hexes
- 2.2 Axial black 8-hole bead locks
Now I bought the rims after I realized my wheels were wobbling pretty good so I took them off to look and wound up pulling all 4 tires off the rims without even trying , the stock poison spyder rims won't hold the bead for shit so I bought some axial 2.2's, still running the BFG tires

Sounds like a nice day of shopping. Do you want to sale those stock wheels?

Yea and today I went out with some other locals and beat on it petty good IMO the stock bead locks are garbage, spend a few bucks and get better rims that hold a tire and aren't pin mount

You'll regret that slow and weak servo, need to step way up say HS7955TG or better imo. Those Axial HD anodized diff covers look great and should slide over stuff easily. Love the Axial wheels too, just wish they came in narrower offset so that the overall track width would match stock Wraith!

Thanks for great trail pics, looks like nice spots!

So far that servo has worked fine for my needs, the stock one was done for so when I upgraded to aluminum knuckles and links I just grabbed a servo that was better than stock and it seems to suit my needs fine till I can get a better servo

Nice wraith and pics! I also have a poison spyder I'm building up.

How do you like the GH steering setup? I just installed them and they flip back quite a bit when turning right. They are better for sure than stock, but I just noticed all that play on my first test and was worried it might unnecessarily stress all the joints in the steering linkage.

I wish those wheels held the BFG's better - I like both of them. The BFG's hung with my buddies IROKs on steep rock climbs but come out easily in binds.

Like your bumper too!
