Default Beadlocks vs. Glue

What's everyone running for a brushless setup, MMP/Tekin 13.5 on 3S? Used more for a G6/trail runner than for crawling. I've got VP SLWs on them now, but I've only run them on a brushed 35T setup, the brushless system is new. I've heard the aluminum can strip on the hexes? What about beads coming loose? Opinions please

I am running Mayhem Monsters with Rock Beast II with a Tekin Pro4 3300kv and MMp on 2 and 3s. Only time I have pulled a bead is when I was riding a wheelie across a parking lot. Other than that trail running and what not I have never had a issue.

I am running a MMP/Tekin ROC 412 3100 on 3S with VP SLW rims and I have not had a bead come loose or a hex strip out. FYI my 7 year old son drives my writh 90% of the time and he treats it like a rock bouncer. So it gets abused...

On pavement yes. I was totally shocked the first few times it happened as well. Then I just figured out how to control it and every one is in shock when they see it.

Video or it didn't happen. Mine will wheelie right over backwards but I don't have the skill to ride them out.

I will try and get some video of it this weekend when we go out. I learned how to control them after my savage couldn't keep the front wheels on the ground.

I tried 6s on mine as well, except I cant get it to work at all. I also have an MMP with pro4...I pull the throttle and nothing happens.

I've pulled beads on my comp rig on 3S before, so I was just checking. All my go fast stuff has glued tires, the "stock" wheel/tire combo is glued.

They are VP SLWs. Pretty sure it was more of a tire issue to be honest.

I had Boss Claws on .75" SLWs. Same size wheel with Sedonas and never had an issue. Would pull the inside bead off on the front tires frequently.
