Also going from spectrum to futaba on all rigs!!!
Will be tuning tire foam combos with swampers & rc4wd crushers with 5.5&6.0 DW CI foams!!!

Just can't fit foams in the OMF vp wheels only the slw's??? Foam is Too wide on inner to fit 3 peice design have to use 5.25 DD foams to get mounted!!

The 5.5 DD's will fit, but it's a PITA. The way I did it was mount the foams in the tire and place in the freezer for 10 min or so - this will help the foam from expanding too fast when attaching the front beadlock ring. I basically mounted the inner tire bead between hub side of the wheel and the inner ring and then pressed the whole front of the tire down while keeping the bead under the outer wheel by using a roll of masking or duct tape to press the tire down evenly. I stood on the tape roll while threading in the screws and then cinched them down carefully making sure the beads did not pop out. I haven't lost a bead yet!

Good idea on the tape roll!!! I should have been clear with my statement. I can't get the Dueces Wild(standard)foams & swampers/rc4wd crushers mounted on OMF wheels??? Slw's with swampers & DW foams went together easy. The crushers have narrow inners & DW foams want fit with these wheels. The DD 5.5 foams will but with a challenge. So I'm wandering is anybody running pb2's/DD 6.0 foams on the OMF's???

More scale goodies...
Axial exo radiator plumbed in & mounted lol

Had to use the tabs on radiator so I mounted rear lights with clear bulbs to give rear lighting.

Foam test! CI standard dueces wild with swampers.

Side hill shot...

Excellent sidewall with crawling ability & can turn wide open without tire wrap!

The tire foam combo is working great!

Getting MT claws or BFG's next to run & test against swampers on other wheels to compare both tires, same foams. I can say the swampers are doing really well taking steep grade climbs & side hill ability is very good also, we see how the tire I choose does???

Sorry not best pic

Added spacer on one side cause I'm running 3 link.

Two sweet pieces on this ifs build will be the DMG chassis & SS Bomp proof trans!!!

It don't take long to sink a $$$ in any rig but do it right first time helps!!!
