Default Problem!

So I was doing the battery relocation mod on my wraith and after finishing i plugged in a battery... there was a short and faint "pop" then nothing... now when I plug a battery in I get absolutely nothing from the esc.... Did I short out the esc?

I never unplugged any of the connections while doing the mod... only thing I can think of is the sheet metal plate that I made to replace the battery box to mount the esc and switch to is the culprit...

So what do you think? Is the esc smoked? if so is there anything i can do rather then buying a new one?

If you or a friend has another battery, I would try that. I would take the case off the ESC to inspect the circuit board. What ESC do you have? And ALso what battery?

ok I figured it out... ended up just being a bad deans connector that is soldered to the esc.... one of the springs on the prong is missing
