|  battery size for forward mod
I just got an axial wraith and i want to do the free battery forward mod just like in this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ar2lENryK8s Up to what size battery will fit in this spot? Also what battery do you guys recommend? and what does the C mean on the lipos? like 20c, 25c, 50c, 6c? Is it bad to have high C's? whats the ideal? A regular 6 cell nimh or 2s or 3s will work fine

I had easily fit a 5000mah 2s hard case. My 2200 3s packs fit perfect also.

I run either a 5500 2 cell reedy or a 4200 3 cell traxxas. Both fit just fine. The higher the c rating the faster the battery can put out juice without damaging the pack. I'm running a 55 turn motor so I don't need a high c rating. Running mildly modified motors for most batteries won't be a problem. Higher the c rating = higher the price tag.

Get a 3cell i just used mine for the first time today. 2cell vs 3cell the truck was totally different.

Also the higher the mah the longer your battery will last. I have a 11000 mah 2s. I havent been out for 4 hours straight amd havent had to change a battery yet. Pricetag is a little steep though but worth it
