Question Front Shaft VVD-CVD-VXD-OTHER | VANQUISH-SSD-AXIAL-OTHER | Choice

Hi all;

Got on my wraith a pair of SSD, wrecked them twice the short side and today the long side went down.

Chris from SSD-RC was very kind, he shipped me 2 short sides !

Now as changed the motor the long side has broke !

I would like to go bullet proof ! want do you recommend ? at a reasonable price !

An other question, can I fit the Vanquish Wraith VVD HD Axle Shaft in the SSD : VPS07373

thanks

Hahaha I was gonna post the same thing. I'm on about my 8th set, and the novelty is wearing off. I break most things and am thinking of buying 4 sets of cheap props and always keeping a set on me just in case.

Check out Creeper Bob's straight axle's for rear and Dlux has FBA uni shafts for the front, either of those should take a military style beating. Not cheap though, but buy it once n be done w it! Good luck.

Vvd's are the best of the cvd type shafts but they're still breakable. Bfa shafts are the most bomb proof by far. I'd couple them with VP rear axles if & when you kill rear shafts. Ti is nice but it is an aluminum alloy so it will work harden over time and fail.

I'd use axial universals, in both rigs, run the bomber/wrexo real hard and never had a problem. IMHO they are the best bang for your buck
