I got some new VP goodies chubs, lockouts, and knuckles all in black of course. Oh yea I also got my free VP t-shirt. I don't know if it's been posted yet but here are the weights of the VP parts. chubs- .2oz each .4oz together lockouts- .3oz each .6oz together knuckles- servo side .5oz other side .4oz .9oz together total weight- 1.9oz These parts are super light and look amazing. I can't wait to get them on my rig and see what kind of steering I can get out of these knuckles. |

Well it's been a while so I figured I would post some new pics. I have embraced the term "VP-10" as I have heard the XR referred to as recently around here. I have all the VP parts and am waiting for the motor plates to drop. I have turned the steering servo to put the horn closer to the wheel, and have also went to the Chaotic Crawlers single steering rod. In addition to those things I am running T1E lower links front and back as well as a homemade front axle battery mount. Check out my VP-10 decals on the hood. |

| I never did the 9mm mod, I glued my bearings in tight and knock on wood I have not had any problems. I have the VP trans cases and they really smoothed the drivetrain out. I ordered the VP motor plates yesterday, so that should solve the bearing issues. I would say get the VP motor plates they are $20 and come with upgraded bearings. |
