Default Rowdys XR, BJV4, SA, Now Team Y-Town "Double Agent"

Just ran my XR at a comp this past saturday and I'm digging it. I was just getting the hang of my 3PMX but now to run the dual esc's I stepped up to the 4PKS. Once I figure out how to use this badass radio I will be able to drive my XR to it's full potential but thats gonna take some time and alot of practice but it should pay off. I ran Sedona's on saturday but I am switching to Rovers the Sedona's did not feel as good as the Rovers I am used to. It's probly just in my head but I gotta go with comfort. I think after a few tweeks here and there and more practice with the radio this rig will perform well for me. A big thanks to Kbrog aka The Crawl Master General for getting this thing wired up for me friday night so I could comp it on saturday. There is no way I could have got all that stuff in there as cleanly as he did. Here are some pics I took right before the comp. I wanted to get a couple pics of it before the scratches and mud, and a body off shot after the comp.
ESC'S: dual Tekin fxr's
MOTORS: Team Brood 45t limited editions
SERVO: Hitec 7950
RADIO: 4PKS
BATTERIES: Hyperion 1100 mah 45c
WHEELS: VP slw V3's
TIRES: Sedonas switched to Rovers back to Sedonas
BEC: Castle Creations

truck looks nice there, I wish I would have gotten pics of mine before I scratched it too, oh well...lol. I had fun until I blew the gears in my front end, and I did blow 2 of them, axial is sending me new ones for free, I love that company. your truck does look better in person though, well except for the funny looking symbol you have on there, you know that bowtie thing....lol. Oh, if anyone wants pics from the comp let me know, I have probably about 400, I can put them on disk and mail it to you.

Like to see some pics when you get them on. Thinking of black also, that is if they are going to do the gear box in black also! Good looking rig you got!

Baller!

To bad VP doesn't make body mounts yet.

but for real the rig looked for a fresh set up when you were at The MDRCC Finals at The Loaf.

Damn! Sorry to see that. Was it the body mounts on the cassis that let loose? It looks like that from the pic.

It was just the body mounts. I left the screws out because I did not have any long enough after I outboarded the shock mounts. I never would of thought they would come out because they are so tight on the splines but I had it in a hell of a bind. The worst part was when the body came off it turned off one of my esc switches and I though I had bigger issues until I realized it was just a switch. Those switches will be hard wired.
