Default Ty's Axial YETI XL

A monster showed up at my office this morning and it broke loose. Currently trying to track it down, it's elusive and sneaky for its size. I was admiring the cage it arrived in when it broke free of the bindings and tore off, stomping everything in its path.

The hunt is on....

Spotted the beast curb-stomping its little brother, but it got away again.

Reviving the thread, XL kit is built and ready for some electronics! Going to have two of these beasts for bashing this summer!

Finally got it running! RX8 GEN2, T8 22500 GEN2, ProTek 170T Chad Bradley Servo, dual ProTek 6400 2S packs and a 19T pinion for now, not sure where I'll end up but the speed is great and the torque is Now all it needs are the wrapped panels with custom graphics from my buddies over at SOR Graphics! Gonna look sick, can't wait!

Nice looking yeti xl! I'm about ready to solder my tekin pro4hd/RX8 combo on my yeti 380 and I hope it turns out as god as yours. I had to swap the RX8 case out for the black one though.

Just realized I never posted a pic of the sick wrap SOR Graphics printed and cut for us. Design done by Zak here at Tekin!

Looks great Ty it promotes a professional image. The YETI's big enough for me I have a small work area and the XL is a Monster in person. But I do wish they'd used XL style bodywork on the 1/10 YETI it make the truck look so much more appealing especially with beautiful paint like yous.

You're the one who chose to make money in life instead of having fun....I too kick my self in the butt sometimes for not having a job that lines up with what I like to do daily!

Quick question where do you solder the included capacitor at? (battery wires, ESC posts?) also the short end of the cap is negative?
